3rd lecture of the Educational Seminar “European Asylum and Refugee Law: European Developments & Comparative Dimension”

The third lecture of the Educational Seminar “European Asylum and Refugee Law: European Developments & Comparative Dimension” organized by the Jean Monnet European Centre of Excellence of the University of Athens in cooperation with the Kalliopi Koufa Foundation and the European Public Law Organization (EPLO), took place on the 12th of February, 2018. The subject of the lecture was the Application of asylum & refugee law in Greece.

The chair of the event was Mr. P. Liakouras, Associate Professor, teaching International Law in the University of Piraeus. Lectures were given by G. Stauropoulos, President of the National Committee for Human Rights, Honorary Vice President of the Council of State, by A. Papathemelis, Education Director, Host and Identification Service of the General Secretariat of Reception of the Ministry of Migration Policy, by E. Petraki, Head of the Public Relations and Information Office of the Asylum Service of the Ministry of Migration Policy and by Chr. Marinaki, lawyer, President of the Aliens and Immigration Law Association.
